International Rose Test Garden, Portland, Oregon

This is a pdf file of a guided tour through Portland's internationally known rose test garden. There are no pictures but admission to the garden is free. (There are contribution boxes scattered throughout the garden). This garden is managed by the Parks department of Portland, so it is a gift from the city to itself, and all visitors.
